I am here to help you with your problems with state and federal taxing agencies. I fight for my client's best interest. I have been an I.R.S. Enrolled Agent since 1970. I have been preparing individual, and business tax returns since 1970, and I am admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. I can represent you or your company before the I.R.S. and the U.S. Tax Court. I am not able to represent you in any Montana Court as an attorney. As is reflected in my RESUME, I am licensed to practice as an attorney only in the State of California.

I will defend you before the California Franchise Tax Board. I will also defend you before the Internal Revenue Service. If necessary, I will take your matter to their appeals group, the U.S. Tax Court, the Court of Claims in Washington, D.C., or the local U.S. District Court.I can represent you in the U.S. Tax Court regardless of the state you live in. I can represent you as well if you are living outside the country.
